AI Health Check
The AI Health Check is the initial consultation provided at no cost to businesses. It is generally a short 30 to 45 minute meeting where we talk about your business, its workflows, and the inefficiencies or pain points you are seeing. We suggest where AI may be suitable, explain how those systems could work, and help identify whether there is a practical next step.
Discovery
Discovery is where we start to properly understand the business. We explore existing systems, workflows, divisions, company structure, and the way information moves through the organisation. We work with leaders and staff to understand what matters to them and how they work in their roles, so any proposed solution is tailored to the real operating environment instead of becoming something that does not fit.
Design Process
The design process takes what we have learned during discovery and starts testing the ideas for feasibility. We investigate integrations, compare which solutions fit which issues, and begin bringing the strongest concepts to life. At the end of this phase, you receive a tailored custom design plan that explains the recommended systems, implementation path, and practical considerations.
Deployment
We work with leaders and staff across all phases, especially during deployment. On deployment day, our solution design architects meet with your team, walk through the deployment process, and explain what is happening. If you already work with a managed IT contractor, we coordinate with them before deployment day so the rollout is as smooth as possible.
