Put responsibility into daily decisions
This training helps staff and leaders recognise the responsibilities that remain with people when AI influences work. It covers accountability, privacy, fairness, transparency and the need to question unreliable or biased results.
Participants work through situations relevant to their roles, including when an AI output needs review, what information should stay out of a tool and how to raise a concern. It teaches people to apply existing governance rules; establishing an organisation-wide governance framework is a separate service.
